I can see that Lisa kept you informed every step of the way, this being from your initial enquiry, the quotation supplied, the sending of samples and specification sheets, the follow up to check of product suitability, she even sent you pictures of how these products are stored for your overall peace of mind I believe?

We do try to go the extra mile here to ensure our Customers experience is that of a world class one, we go beyond packaging and I hope that you were left with that feeling.

Thank you for the feedback. 

I must apologize for the issues with your most recent order, I will be investigating the reason for late delivery with our courier and the condition of the items you were sent with our warehouse manager to ensure this does not happen again.

As you mentioned this is not the level of service we usually provide so I will be refunding your carriage charge immediately and if you let me know how many of the jars were unusable I will have replacements sent out to you straight away.

I hope this will help and go some way in restoring your trust in us.
