Thank you for taking the time out to discuss your recent experiences with me, it was a real pleasure speaking to you.

Once again, please accept Invopak's apologies on what was a frustrating time for you and Plastics for Games Ltd. I'm really happy we were finally able to offer you a solution, albeit later than any of us would of liked.

One of our World Class Principles here is that of 'Keeping our promise. Deliver on what we say and take action' and we hold our hands up and realise that on this occasion this was not the case. 

Another one of our Principles is that of 'having a can-do attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to take personal responsibility' - I do hope that by the way we have reacted it shows that we're willing to learn from situations and try and rectify them to the Customers satisfaction?

I am very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered to you on time.

Unfortunately our courier Parcelforce does not always deliver the same high standard of service that we strive for. The failures of our courier sometimes reflect badly on us as a business, and we have to take ownership of this. We will be investigating with Parcelforce as to why no correspondents was left with you advising on the location of your order and will be putting processes in place to stop this happening again.

I can see that Lisa kept you informed every step of the way, this being from your initial enquiry, the quotation supplied, the sending of samples and specification sheets, the follow up to check of product suitability, she even sent you pictures of how these products are stored for your overall peace of mind I believe?

We do try to go the extra mile here to ensure our Customers experience is that of a world class one, we go beyond packaging and I hope that you were left with that feeling.
