Thank you for the feedback,  its always helpful for us to hear both the positives and negatives from you.  We are actually in the process of evaluating our delivery process including box sizes because as you mentioned, dependent on the item they are not always best suited to the boxes so this will be addressed moving forward.

Thank you for your recent feedback - I have tried to call you to discuss this further but unfortunately haven't managed to speak to you.

I wanted to inform you that I have investigated your comments with the member of my team who keyed your order and she remembers it well. 

We did in-fact key the incorrect address on your July order and for this we apologise. We tried to redirect these goods to the correct address when this was noticed, unfortunately as this order was shipped via a carrier we didn't manage to rectify this in time for your scheduled delivery slot.

I believe my Customer Service Executive kept you updated at the time and since then she has managed to rectify this? If not please do not hesitate to contact me.
