The goods arrived in good time but the packaging was not really up to scratch. It arrived in a crushed state most of the jars were crushed out of shape. Luckily they were plastic and I could reshape...

I am extremely sorry to hear that you received your order with the box crushed and items damaged. I can say with absolute confidence that every shipment that leaves our warehouse in pristine condition.

Unfortunately our courier Parcelforce does not always extend the same high standard of care and diligence to our customer's orders that we set for ourselves.

When we discover that an order has been delivered damaged, we always raise a damage claim with Parcelforce - however this isn't always enough motivation for them to make improvements in their service.

The failures of our courier sometimes reflect badly on us as a business, and we have to take ownership of this. So, with this in mind, we are making the following improvements to ensure that instances like this do not happen again:

Firstly, we are identifying 'problem areas' - these are areas within the UK where there are known problems with Parcelforce's service in terms of lost or damaged deliveries. In the future, we will endeavor to ship any orders to these problem areas with an alternative carrier.

Secondly, we are investing in improvements to our protective packaging to include things like air pillows and foam fillers to stop items being damaged in transit.

I understand that my colleague has contacted you directly and that he has been able to provide a satisfactory resolution to the issue with this order.

I trust that this resolution and the aforementioned improvements will go some way to restoring your faith in our service and that you would consider using us again when you need packaging containers.

OiPPS actually read and reacted very quickly to my negative feedback. I was contacted by phone by one of there representatives and the issues I had were dealt with promptly. It is quite refreshing to deal with a company that listens and acts on customer feedback, bit of a rarity these days. Well done.
