Gordon has worked for Invopak close to 12 years now and has a vast amount of packaging knowledge, knowledge he uses to understand and recommend the best fit for our Customers requirements.

We will always endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible and I'm sure Gordon pulled out all the stops to make this the case.

I can also see this was your first order with Invopak. I do hope this experience has given you the confidence that you need not look any further for your packaging needs in the future?

Once again, please accept Invopak's apologies on what was a frustrating time for you and Plastics for Games Ltd. I'm really happy we were finally able to offer you a solution, albeit later than any of us would of liked.

One of our World Class Principles here is that of 'Keeping our promise. Deliver on what we say and take action' and we hold our hands up and realise that on this occasion this was not the case. 

Another one of our Principles is that of 'having a can-do attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to take personal responsibility' - I do hope that by the way we have reacted it shows that we're willing to learn from situations and try and rectify them to the Customers satisfaction?

I am very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered to you on time.

Unfortunately our courier Parcelforce does not always deliver the same high standard of service that we strive for. The failures of our courier sometimes reflect badly on us as a business, and we have to take ownership of this. We will be investigating with Parcelforce as to why no correspondents was left with you advising on the location of your order and will be putting processes in place to stop this happening again.
