It's great to hear your thoughts on our communication as this is something we've worked hard on during 2017. Through 1% Improvements we have implemented a multitude of Customer focused communication tools to make dealing with us easier.

'We promise to keep things simple and to make dealing with us straightforward and hassle free'

The order comes in, we acknowledge receipt, we confirm your delivery date and then we deliver on that stated date and time - straightforward and hassle free.

Keep an eye out for some more of our Customer Promises during 2018.

Here at Invopak we believe strongly in our purpose of 'Delivering our Customers products to market with confidence' and this purpose is backed up by our 4 Values of Image, Customer, innovation and Team.

Behind these Values we have all contributed towards what we believe we should be doing ..... where am I going with this? Well, one of the things that back up our Value of Customer for instance is that of 'if we put ourselves in our Customers' shoes, what would we want? We would want a Supplier that will do everything to help, a supplier that you can rely on.

I can see that your previous order was a while back, don't be a stranger - we're always happy to help at Invopak, whatever your packaging requirements are.

Firstly, it was fantastic to hear that we were able to bounce back and quickly resolve your delivery issue. I would like to take this opportunity to offer our apologies with regards your goods arriving damaged, I will be sure to mention this to our supplier.

We constantly review our systems and processes here to ensure our Customers get the best service we could possibly offer. This includes our 3rd party hauliers, after all they're acting on our behalf and we expect them to treat you as we would.

I will pass your comments on to our Procurement team also so they're aware of this situation.
