One of the advantages of using Invopak is that of having a dedicated Sales Executive as well as a Customer Service Executive, we're always happy to help should you ever need us.

I'm sorry to hear that the newly introduced Invopak Greeting isn't to your liking. We're always aiming for 1% better to deliver consistently high levels of service here at Invopak and that's why we changed it. 

In-fact, it was an idea that was put to us through one of the members of the team to which we all voted on. I do understand it takes away that personal touch but it does give us the uniformity that we were looking for.

I will be sure to mention your thoughts to the board though as we always open to our Customers' thoughts and feedback to improve.

We will always try to go above and beyond if possible so it's great to read your comments. We're very Customer focused here, we always put ourselves in your shoes and ask ourselves 'what would we want?'. Are you aware of our newly introduced Website? 

Have a look and set yourself an account up because if you think order handling is efficient now wait until you see our Cart to Quote option! You can manage your account personally, you can request an order, you can place repeat orders and you can even print off your own delivery notes and invoices. These are just a few of the benefits of using our New Website.

We've worked very hard this year on improving our Customer service, so your comments of "Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff" just shows how far we've come.
