I know you're a long-standing Customer of ours so it's great to hear such things as 'great friendly service', 'prompt delivery and updates on order progress', this along with the fact your 'orders always arrive on the expected date'.

As a Customer who has traded with us for over 10 years I can imagine you've seen a variety of improvements we've put in place over the years, specifically ones for our Customers.

Your comment above makes me think of our newly introduced dispatch notification, a 1% Improvement we put in place so our Customers are always aware of when to expect their goods.

You see, we promise to keep things simple, making dealing with us straightforward and hassle free.

Hi Val,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback regarding the issues with your delivery.

We have had a few issues with this product in particular being damaged in transit. We have tried increasing the amount of protective packaging we use with this item, but it still hasn't fixed things.

So we have taken the decision to only sell this product in per box quantities of 345. This means that we won't have to split boxes of this item down to repackage smaller quantities, which would increase the risk of damage. We do hope that this remedies the issue for yourself and other buyers.

After speaking with you over the phone and via email I am very pleased that we could rectify the issue with your order and hope this goes some way into restoring your faith in us so that you may consider using us again in the future.
