I HAVE JUST EMAILED FLOORING DIRECT FOR THE THIRD TIME. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE TO THE FIRST TWO WAS TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA - I DO NOT!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH EMAIL? OR MAYBE THEY COULD ANSWER THE PHONE....CURRENTLY THEY OWE ME MONEY FOR THE GOODS WHICH WERE NEVER DELIVERED, AND WHICH I NO LONGER NEED. IF I DO NOT GET A PROPER ANSWER AND A REFUND I WILL REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Late and damaged

I was given the wrong delivery date so I waited in all day with no explanation. Then when it came a day late it had slices in and holes in the turf
