Thank you for your feedback. I was concerned to read that you were unhappy with the fit of your covers. I have put in a request to your Home Consultant so they can come back and inspect the fit of the covers for you. They will then be able to make a decision to what it the best course of action for improving the fit of the covers on your furniture. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to apologise for the lack of communication that you have had since you placed an order. As a company we like to keep our customers informed throughout the progress in their order and I am sorry that this has not happened on this occasion. We do advise that made-to-measure loose covers can take from 6-8 weeks to be completed. This is due to the fact that these covers are made to order so we like to allow enough time for this work to be completed. I have looked into your order and I can confirm that your Consultant will be contacting you imminently to arrange the fitting of your covers. Again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
