All of our customers should receive contact from there Consultants within 48 hours of a visit being requested and I am very sorry that this didn’t seem to be the case. With regards to arranging the visit, our Home Consultants can sometimes cover various locations and will try and arrange these appointments based in what area they are in. However, these appointments should obviously be made with your convenience in mind. Thank you for highlighting this issue and I will look into it with a view to improving this element of our service going forward. I can confirm from looking into your order that the discount you received on your order was the best possible price available in the fabric you chose. Our Sales offers do vary from month to month and our Consultants aim to get you the best possible discount available. We do advise that made-to-measure loose covers can take from 6-8 weeks to be completed. This is due to the fact that these covers are made to order so we like to allow enough time for this work to be completed. In this instance I can see from your order that your covers were delivered within 5 weeks of you placing an order. I was pleased to read that you are happy with the chair covers – but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues.
