Thank you for your feedback. I was very sorry to read about the issues you have had with regards to the fit of your covers. With our loose covers being made-to-measure for the closest possible fit, it is sometimes necessary to make adjustments. However, the issues and delays that you have faced are unacceptable. I have looked into your order and I can see that the covers are currently being worked on at Head Office – I have asked that this be treated as a matter of priority. Your Consultant will be in contact shortly to arrange the refit of your covers. Once again I would like to apologise for all of the inconvenience caused.
