I can see from looking into your order that your covers have been delivered and fitted and that you are now happy with the fit of your made-to-measure covers. I would like to thank you for your patience with this order, the delays that you have faced are unacceptable and I am glad that the situation has been rectified. I can confirm that your scatter cushions will be dispatched imminently. Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you have had throughout your order.

Firstly I would like to say how sorry I am at the problems that you have faced with your order. In normal circumstances delivery of your covers would have been considerably quicker; the delays that you have faced are unacceptable. I have put in a request for your Home Consultant to contact you to discuss the fact that you are still not happy with the finished look of your covers. Thank you for your feedback we were sorry to hear that you have experienced communication problems with our craftsmen. Feedback such as yours helps to identify where internal action may be necessary, this issue has been addressed at the most senior level to ensure that this will not be repeated in the future. With regards to the fabric delay, we had unprecedented demand for this particular design which caused a backlog. This backlog has now been cleared and we have a new procedure in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Once again we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that these issues have caused you.
