Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I have requested that your Home Consultant contact you with regards to coming to inspect the fit of your arm covers. The Consultant will see what action needs to be taken to improve the fit. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Thank you for bring the issue with your covers to our attention. Unfortunately this was not something that was brought to our attention at the time of fitting. We have put in a request for your Home Consultant to contact you to see what steps need to be taken to improve the fit of your covers on your furniture. With regards to the quality of fabric, at the time of placing your order you would have been presented with a large fabric sample of your chosen design. If you feel that the quality does not match that sample we will be more than happy to look into it for you. We were happy to see that you were pleased with the service you received, the Consultant we be in contact shortly to arrange an appointment. Customer Services Team
