How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. We are very concerned to read of your experience with Plumbs and can only apologise if there was some confusion over what you were initially quoted. However after looking at your order form, it clearly states that you ordered 2 chairs and a sofa. The cost of this order was also clearly stated and signed by you. We are very open in all our literature about the time it takes to make and deliver loose covers that are made to measure, which is from 6 to 8 weeks. We can see from our records that your order was delivered to you in the 8th week after the date of purchase. Customer Services Team

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Firstly, I would like to apologise that you feel that your complaint has not been correctly acted upon. I can advise that we have requested that your Plumbs consultant contact you to arrange a convenient time to come and visit you to investigate the issues you have had with the fit of your covers. The consultant will make a detailed report and take some photographs for us to inspect at head office. Once again I would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you.

They sent some one out to look at the suit , after my last report that was weeks ago, they agreed it was not right, haven't heard from them since, so im not impressed Thought Plumbs were the best but they are not! in fact very poor service.
