Hi Hayley, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the claim rejection. When an illness or injury starts before the cover does we class this as pre existing, and don't cover it under the policy. The exclusions placed on this policy are reviewable and may be covered in the future. Hi, As we don't cover pre-existing conditions, if symptoms were noticed prior to the policy, we will excluded the relating system unless the vets can advise or narrow down what the specific condition was so we can exclude that specifically.
