Hi I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the premium increase. The policy does increase in cost every year, due to the increase in risk to insure as a pet gets older. Also, the first renewal will seem like a higher increase as any promotional discounts are removed and the increase is based upon the price provided prior to the discount.
