We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

They responded promptly positively and precisely to all queries

I would recommend and will buy from them again. The only major shortcoming is the constant requests from free flo for feedback- three times already and we havent even gone on holiday yet!
