Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Shan’t use them again

Not impressed, paid a deposit with New Experience holidays in October 2022 which was subsequently taken over by Headwater. New Experience were unable to supply the original holiday as per the booking...
