Helpful, pleasant cashiers
It addressed my needs at the time and answered my questions. I like the fact there is a branch in my town which I can walk to and also that they allow dogs inside.

I've realised I can bank on line even with apassbook
Excellent. Stella was polite and very informative. We moved house some 150 miles away, and this was the first time we've managed to get back while the branch was open. I only wanted my pass book up...
