Communication Failure
R equest on 30th May not carried out.Received withdrawal letter when asked for an internal transfer.No promised e-mail received.Took another phone call and 1/2hour to correct he situation by AYSHA.

Not very good , as the clerk who was ,serving me took over half hour to do a transfer , it's because he kept helping his colleague to serve other customers while he kept me waiting.
