When trying to withdraw funds proved rather challenging, put on hold multiples times when they tried to get approval from manager for withdrawal. Call took 30 minutes.

Efficient, didn’t have to prove to a robot that I wasn’t a robot. Pity they reduced interest by 1% when bank rate only reduced by .25%!
