Unfortunately, due to contractual terms set forth between Viator and the suppliers of our tours, we are unable to give out the exact address of the departure points for tours prior to a booking being made and confirmed in our system. We did review your voucher and do see that the supplier did provide the departure meeting point for this tour including the exact address, meeting time, and directions.
