I have only purchased the voucher, I have not used it yet. Online was easy to use, not so with your customer service by calling on the phone. So much background noise I could not heard the person...

Very Quick response to my inquiry, was able to print out voucher within a few minutes of paying for my tour. Information regarding what I have to do in New Zealand was excellent.
