How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Lovely to look at but design has a fault .

Very good initially they replaced the first birdbath as it wobbled but unfortunately the replacement does the same . It is a design fault .
