I had a previous pet registered with Petplan and always found that claims were handled speedily and efficient staff were always on hand to answer any problems,

Have used pet plan for several of our dogs and have found them excellent.

Great service and plans.

When out cat damaged her tendon and needed two operations, there's was no quibble sorting our first claim out, and for the subsequent claim Petplan were happy to deal direct with the veterinary...

So far good service setting up insurance, but far too early to comment any further
