Good with a fast response when needed

The insurance was very easy to be bought on the internet and every time I have called the customer service for some advise they have always been very helpful.

Petplan pay any claims promptly and have addressed any issues quickly and efficiently.

I have been very happy with the service from Petplan. I have had no problems with my claims and people at the call centre have always been polite and courteous.
