Exclusions are placed based on the information provided by you when you set up the policy and may be temporary or permanent depending on the condition/symptoms. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, unless you are prepared to remove the clauses from the policy we have taken out with you for our cat, Pickles, we would like you to cancel our policy with immediate effect as this seems a huge clause to be set up on the policy just because our cat had eaten something that obviously didn't agree with her! It's like a human having a sickness bug & finding out that their private health insurance no longer will cover them for anything related to any stomach problems they may have in the future, crazy!!!
Please let me know your response ASAP.
