Exotics Direct always courteous on the phone. Easy to submit claim and payment is always made promptly either to the vets or the client. Always very sympathetic also during the loss of your pet.

To many exclusions in the small print for rabbits
I took out this policy for my two rabbits, sadly one required veterinary treatment after sustaining an injury whilst trying to be bonded. My claim was rejected as your policy does not cover injuries...
