Thankyou for your feedback. Firstly, please accept my apologies over the inconvenience caused by not receiving your items.
Upon investigation it appears that due to an error in our warehouse, your item never actually left ourselves to reach our courier although it had been assigned a tracking number.
I can see you were refunded on 27.03.2014 in full for your order. however, the lack of communication through this process is unacceptable.
I have forwarded your comments to our Customer Service Team and requested that they are more proactive in communicating through instances like this going forward

Found what I was looking for at a competitive price
We like to keep a stock of stamps, particularly second class mail which as we are both 70 plus means we do not have to stand around at our local post office.
Under Royal Mail there was no delivery charge of the purchase of stamps on line
