In light of your feedback, I have investigated your order and I can see that your items were despatched on 09.06.14.
As your goods were despatched for delivery by Royal Mail, the time scale for completed delivery is up to 5 working days. However, as your order was delivered outside of that time scale I have arranged for your delivery charges to be refunded.
