Didn't received stamps. Bad service, will not use again, had to wait over 1month for a refund and had to keep phoning to receive updates of order. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Firstly, please accept my apologies over any inconvenience that this may have caused. Upon investigation into your order I can see that our courier had to perform a full investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel as you have not received them.
Once this investigation had been completed, we refunded you for your full order costs. This refund took place on 10.07.2014 and can take up to 5 working days for your bank or building society to process.
I can appreciate how frustrating this was for you, however we have to wait for our courier to fully investigate any lost parcels before we can provide you with a refund or deliver your goods.

We have previously received good feedback for this item however I appreciate that an item such as tape can be used for a varied range of tasks and it may not be suitable for all.

Postage of £1.92 for a book of stamps is extortionate. Delivered in an A4 hardback envelope with little book of stamps inside and took a week to arrive. Unnecessary waste of resources
