I have looked into your order and upon investigation I can see that you ordered your items on 07.06.2014 which was a Saturday. The Post Office Shop unfortunately do not process orders over the weekend and due to this your order was processed and dispatched for delivery via Royal Mail on 09.06.2014.
Royal Mail deliveries can take up to five working days to arrive after leaving our warehouse.
