Don’t use the West Brom.
Money was not transferred as arranged. This caused huge stress and complications in buying a property!!!! It has been received now but the neglect had a massive negative effect.

Although I had an issue as I phoned to cancel and the account was opened anyway. The service was excellent and quickly rectified.
