The claims process was very straight forward - I explained about the accident , insurer asked me to take the car to a repair workshop for an estimate, and they approved the estimate within 48 hours.

Great repair
Slightly misleading offering £250 when you read the small print it appears that’s the maximum. Bit of a faff dealing with my own insurers and yourselves took a bit longer.
