Many thanks for providing valuable feedback. From looking at the file we can see that there were long delays in obtaining authorisation for your repairs to proceed, which is unacceptable. This has been addressed with our underwriters to ensure a much smoother and quicker process is provided to our customers going forward. I am pleased that once authorisation was provided, the repairer worked to the normal high standards. Please be assured that the service prior to your repairs is not the normal standard of service we provide to our Volvo customers and please accept our sincere apologies.
