every year increases my price despite not having any claim, also when i sign it was different company name etc

With a lifetime policy, your renewal premium is calculated to offer you a further year of insurance from your initial start date with us. This means you are covered for a longer period of time for any conditions you may need to claim for.

This will be labelled as renewal invitation in the subject line and was sent to the same email address we have on record. It may be that it has landed in your junk folder for some reason however we can confirm it was sent to you.
