Whilst we understand your concerns, your cover is still providing continuation of cover from your initial start date in 2011.We have always tried to provide a high level of customer service to all our policyholders, but the premiums are and always have been set by the underwriter. The time it started to go up was when you changed underwriters a few years back. My policy has gone from around £70 pounds to £156 in two years and I have made very minor claims but nothing of significance. How do you justify that?

Takes ages to process a claim
Had to chase them to process the claim, made the claim begin of November, only got payment into account this week 12 weeks later

Awful
Insurance doubled every year and completely stuck with them because of existing medical conditions. First year was cheap but just get so expensive. Long time for claims to complete too

We note that claims totalling over £13,000 have been paid out since your initial policy start-date in 2019. As your policy provides lifetime cover, this enables you to continue to claim for any ongoing treatment for a condition covered under your policy. Lifetime policies are the most expensive types of cover for this very reason. We do offer lower cover plans and would be happy to discuss these with you.
