Unfortunately, you arrived earlier than the confirmed time, and our team member was still on the way. Regarding the extra charges for late check-out, we mention all additional fees on our listings. We need to organize cleaning schedules accordingly so that the apartment can be prepared on time for the next arriving guest, which is why we charge a fee for late check-out.
