TTrès bel appartement bien situé, dommage, service de Doormat déplorable
Être à l’heure au rdv pour le Check in est un minimum. Demander un surplus de 180 euros pour un check out tardif alors que j’ai déjà réglé 60 euros pour un check in à 23 heures est inadmissible

We would like to clarify that you confirmed on the day of your check-in that you would arrive at 11:30 p.m, and we planned our team member's arrival accordingly. Unfortunately, you arrived earlier than the confirmed time, and our team member was still on the way. Regarding the extra charges for late check-out, we mention all additional fees on our listings. We need to organize cleaning schedules accordingly so that the apartment can be prepared on time for the next arriving guest, which is why we charge a fee for late check-out. Provide flexible check-in time and the necessary sundries should be enough for the whole stay. The travellers are not expected to buy the additional one.

The room was booked via Booking.com, which generated far too many repetitive emails and texts (up to 4 each day, per room booked) at each stage of the stay, e.g. pre-check-in, check-in, check-out....
