In regards to your flights, we understand that the reason your outbound flight went through Melbourne is because of a schedule change on Singapore Airline's part. Although we understand that this was less than ideal, this was Singapore's decision and ultimately out of our control. We apologise that your transfer was not correctly booked, but we do understand that your tour guide assisted in arranging alternative transport for you to ensure you did not miss your flight home. In regards to your other comments about dinner, we will take these into consideration and use them to improve our products for future travellers.
