To clarify the situation: during our email correspondence, the order number provided to us was unfortunately incorrect, which made it difficult for our team to immediately locate the right tracking information. Once the correct order number was identified, we were able to see what had happened with the delivery. Our tracked delivery service is complimentary and provides estimated delivery dates rather than guaranteed ones, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating when expectations aren’t met. We always aim to help as quickly and kindly as possible, and we’ll be taking this feedback on board to improve how we handle situations like this in the future.
