We had already arranged and dispatched a replacement Hibiscus as soon as we were made aware of the error, and we hope it reaches you very shortly. We do feel it would have been much better if you had contacted us before leaving a 1-star review, as we are always committed to putting things right as quickly as possible whenever something goes wrong.
