We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Friendly but issues with computer but fully explained what was going on.

Friendly but on hold a while. Issue with his computer at office slowed the speed down but fully explained what was showing on all the time.

Do not quote exorbitant policy renewable prices, 50% increase !!! Which i cancelled and took out a new policy for less money than the previous year

Like any business we are reluctant to make any changes unless they are necessary; but ultimately we have to regularly review our policies to ensure we are receiving sufficient premium to cover the increasing claims experienced.
