Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Their telephone service is very poor. The response is too slow.

Their telephone service is too slow, the wait time too long. After some 15 minutes Without a reply, I gave up.

We're terribly sorry to hear this! We answer well over 75% of our calls in under 4 minutes as a rule. We are aware that we have experienced spikes in call volumes recently but 15 minutes seems unusual. Is there anything we can help with? The Insurance Emporium

I am afraid so. I have been unable to register under my e-mail and date of birth (07/12/1935) in respect of new policy number 75307398. There appears to be a glitch on the Website and two e-mails from me to hello@emporium.co.uk have received no response. I would appreciate your ssistance with this problem please. John Fenner.
