Thank you for your feedback. We have received varying feedback on this tour, but we will of course take on board all of the comments that have been made to us and make hotel/meal changes.

The changes we had made for the 2020 tour were due to us changing the itinerary not because we thought that the tour was poorly structured, but we are sorry you feel this way. We wouldn't put a tour on if we thought the planning was poor. We plan all of the tours in house and always believe they are the best they can be.

As for the guide, the last time Eamonn was our expert guide for this tour he received brilliant feedback, and because of this, we used him again. We understand however that this time he was below par. We had already changed the guide for 2020 because of the itinerary changes, but if we hadn't then we would have looked to change the guide based on the feedback from this years tour.

As you mentioned, you felt this was below our usually standard which means you know how good our tours are, and hope you travel with us again soon.
