We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations and that you felt you didn't get enough historical information, we will look to rectify this in 2020 although i appreciate this does not help you. Hi Phillip, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the tour. We have heard that the historical element of the tour wasn't up to our usual high standards. The last time that we ran this tour, Eamonn received extremely high praise, so of course we used him again. We had changed the itinerary for 2020 so decided to use a different guide. As we act on customer feedback however, if the 2020 tour was going to be with the same guide, we would have probably looked at making a change.

Food can be problematic, and we do try and cater for everyone but appreciate it may not always be to everyone's taste for every meal, especially on a sold out tour. For the most part we usually get this right. I am glad that you enjoyed the company of our tour manager and local guide and hope to see you again soon.

Hi Phil, thank you for your feedback. Firstly, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and the cultural elements. We are sorry you thought the "Lawrence" aspect was a little light. On our last Lawrence tour Eamonn received excellent reviews and we had no reason not to use him again. Unfortunately this is not the feedback we have received this time around. We have changed the itinerary for 2020 and had also changed the guide because of this. If we were using the same guide however then we would have looked to making a change following this tour as we do act of our customer feedback.
