We keep our groups to a minimum number so that you can get close to the guide, so i am sorry you felt you missed out on some of what was said, and weappreciate the suggestion regarding audio devices. We hope to see you on another tour soon.

Hi Alexandra, thank you for taking the time to review your tour with us, we are glad you enjoyed the tour on the whole. On our website, and in our handouts we send to you before the tour is the full itinerary, so i am sorry you felt that you didn't know what you were doing the next day. This isn't feedback we have had before so we will see if the guide can give a brief preview of the next days activities at the end of each day. All of our tours include a 3 course dinner with drinks each evening and we often eat in hotels if we are only staying at a hotel for one night, or on the first night of a longer stay. This is to allow guests to check in, relax a little and then only have to come downstairs for dinner. Whilst we would like customers to dine together in the evening, it is never compulsory so i am sorry you felt you couldn't venture in to the towns. One of the main questions we ask on our booking forms is regarding dietary requirements as this is very important, and we take it seriously. Many customers have allergies and dislikes and we always cater for their needs, based on the information provided at the time of booking. I have checked your booking forms and have spoken to your tour manager and there was no mention of you not eating beef. If we had known you do not eat beef we would have provided another option. We really do appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts and we hope to see you on another tour again soon.
