Dead tomato plants were promised to be replaced, but then delayed, such that I would be away when delivery expected. Thus credit requested 15th April. No response as yet.

The Clematis armandii were supplied in 1.7 litre pots, and having reviewed images of stock received by you, the plants do appear to be in line with the expected size for this specification.
We appreciate that plants can sometimes appear smaller than anticipated on arrival, but in this instance it does look as though the correct size was dispatched.
