Arrived in good condition. Only just planted them so cannot comment on how they will grow but they looked good with plenty of healthy root and shoots.

Goods fine but Yodel delivery appalling.

The raised bed is fine, delivery by Yodel was appalling. I had to chase round my neighbourhood to find it delivered at the wrong house and up a long steep flight of concrete steps

Thoughtless......

Not to send goods out just 24/48 hours before the start of the Christmas break.......which resulted in the goods taking over a week to reach me. Plants dry and damaged. Had they, by some miracle,...

As promised I was contacted directly on 4 Jan and offered a refund on the strawberries within 7-10 working days. It is now 18 day working days and still no sign of the refund.....making a bad situation worse! I don't seem to be able to reply to the direct email as your system wont let me - please can you sort this asap!
