The main issue is with your instructions which are very unhelpful. It did not take minutes to erect - it took me nearly 2 hours just to get the little bits into the sleeves. It would not then stand up and it took a further 30 minutes for someone else with more experience to make the little bits connect and make the structure secure. It is not easy to erect, expecially for one person who is not 6' tall and has no experience of that kind of structure. I then could not make contact with you to seek help as how to proceed and was very frustrated. I would be interested to know how the copper band repels slugs - what is to stop them burrowing underneath? Jenni

I’ve now found you answer but my question wasn’t answered my complaint was that I’d been sent a tracking number and Royal Mail didn’t recognise it

I also tried whistle first they said the tracking number wasn’t recognised that’s why I went to Royal Mail because I know they pass Mail on to them

It would be useful if an indication of the delivery method of a particular order could be made before it is finalised.
