We are sorry that you did not receive the garlic messidrome from your order, we can see that there was a picking error with the original order which our customer service team then replaced. Our customer service team have tried to assist you with the issues you have had with the delivery of your order and apologies that this was not fruitful. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the wallflowers received, we try to ensure that all our products are received in prime condition and the majority of our plants are well received and it is disappointing when plants arrive in a poor condition. We would expect a slight cabbage smell due to the fact that wallflowers come from the brassica family however this should not be an overwhelming or rotten smell and we are sorry if this was the case, if you are ever concerned with the condition of any of the products you have received please do let our Customer Service Team know so they can resolve things for you. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the wallflowers that were received, these are delivered as bare roots so would not necessarily have been received with leaves, they often look worse for wear on arrival but should come with a good strong root system and if planted correctly come spring should then burst into life creating a wonderful display. We can see that you ordered our value mix which would include a mix of the colours available and we do not guarentee which colours will be received. We can see from the pictures that there are photos of each of the colours received and we do not believe that it shows a greater amount of white in the photos but we appreciate your comments and apologise if you found that the product did not live up to exactly what you were expecting when placing the order and we will take on board your comments in relation to this.
