We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the plants received and that they were in such poor condition, we would not expect smaller plug plants to be joined together to make up a 9cm pot and we can only apologise if this was the case. We try to ensure that all our products that are sent out are of a high standard and we will pass your comments onto the nursery in relation to this. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the size of the plant received, we can see that you order a 9cm potted plants which is one of our smaller pot sizes. There is an image on the website as a guide to the size of plant you may expect to see on arrival however size does vary depending on the season. We do apologise that there was an issue with the delivery of your order and that the couriers had some problems delivering your order. We rely on our couriers to ensure that all our products are delivered safely and in a timely manner and we are sorry that this was not the case on this occasion. We can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Service Team who were able to arrange a refund as the product is now sold out but we understand that this does not make up for the disappointment caused.
