Hi Gary, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. There is a six-month waiting period for cruciate ligament conditions from the commencement of the first policy period. However, you can apply to have the cruciate ligament waiting period waived as long as the application is received within 14 days of the examination date.
