Just to update, last I heard from Sephora via email was 13 days ago. I would appreciate some form of update as "We will re send the response from our Senior Team as well if the email has not reached you." as Sara stated below has not happened at all and none of my emails are being answered.

Hi Shannon, I will not stop until I get my money back. Sephora sent me not only faulty items that were covered in oil but also the wrong items — and then refused to refund me. I flagged this immediately and provided photographic proof of the damage, yet you still left me without my products and my money. This is effectively theft and a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I expect a refund immediately.

Still No Refund – This Is Theft I flagged my issue with Sephora immediately after receiving a damaged parcel, with leaking oil, missing items, and completely incorrect products. I sent photos and was assured by a customer service rep named Sara that a refund would be issued. Since then? Nothing. Now they're refusing to refund me and outright ignoring their obligations under UK consumer law. I am left with no items and no refund, which is basically stealing. This isn't just bad service — it's a complete breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Sephora UK is becoming known for this kind of behaviour — just look at the reviews. I will not stop posting and escalating this until I get my money back.
